i am a comaker of a motorcycle of my nephew, after 3 months it was happened to be on accident, the motor was ruined, are we going to fix on our own? the person or driver who made the story was dead in the hospital, who will gonna claim payment of insurance? we or the manager of the motorcycle store? what would happen to insurance of the dead one?
