WE haven't been in our condo since 9/18/10. In the rules of our condo insurance they say that the temp should be around 60 degrees between 11/15 ans 4/15 when we left we turn all things off, we have electric heating and not we get a bill for $220!!!! the only things i can see from this is someone from the board when in our condo and turn the heat up without telling us. maybe they thought they were doing us a favor, but no told us anything. even the board unless its an emergency they just cant go in our condo without letting us know first??
