Can they do this or can i complain?

ok so i got to the box office at like 4 in the morning and stood in the freezing cold for hours. I was in the front of the line and there was a line. Then like this girl came and she was like well i have a list and i was here first so her and her like 60 friends cut in front of me. And then they told the cop that we cut everyone and when we said something one of the psyco moms tried to punch me and im 17. The security people did nothing and made me go even further make in line. Can they do that or can i call and complain?
 
You can complain about that. It's injustice and abusive. Those bad people shouldn't get away with something like that or they'll do it to more people!
 
i believe that the mom could be charged for trying to punch you and you might have a chance to sew since your 17 and that lady had not right to do that. and i dont think you had to go back to the line if u were sitting there
honestly i would be pissed.
i would complain
