payment of sent? My landlord is sueing me and my bf for rent. Would a drs note in court saying im sick and in pain and im unable to move rite now. Would that drs note work? If i go to court with a warrant can they arrest me? My name and my bfs name is on the court papers for the eviction. Does that mean we both have to b in court? He has to work that day and cant make it to court. Can i say no and not accept the courts agreement? What if i want to fight the judgememt? I have bed bugs really bad. I can get a doctors note for that to. I have bed bug bites all over my body.
