Can the bottom fish live together without killing each other?

Guppy [Starting size: 1 cms. Full grown: 4 cms] (I am only buying these guys so that all the other fish can eat them instead of eating each other)

Musk Turtle [Starting size: 10 cms. Full grown: 15 cms] (They wont bite the other larger fish because the Guppies are there)

Orfe [Starting size: Probably around 15 cms. Full size: 70 cms] (These guys are schooling fish, I doubt if they are fully grown they can fit in the Silver Arowana's mouth, they wont fit in the Arowana's mouth as a baby either because the Arowana's will be babies as well)

Koi [Starting size: 10 cms. Full grown: 1 meter] (The same goes with these guys as the Orfe]

Silver Arowana [Starting size: Not sure probably around 5 cms. Full Grown: 120 cms] (I doubt Silvers eat Turtles as they have shells)

Thanks for the help, also what other fish do you recommend to live with these guys? This is what the pond will be like: It will have no concrete or anything, it will just have a liner and rocks covering the bottom. There will also be two levels, one that is 1.2 meters and at the deep end it will be 2.4 meters and one that is 40 centimeters and 60 centimeters on the deep end, the shallow level will of course be on the outsides, this will also help people that have fallen in climb out (I have a dog but no children under 14) . There will be soft rocks in all levels, the rocks will be small (not gravel small), but still small. In the rocks will be potted plants, the top of the plants will be covered by rocks so the Koi dont uproot it. There will be a lot more plants on the deep end. There will also be a cave on the deep end, which will be 1x1x1, which means the deepest point in the pond will be 3.4 meters. On the outside of the pond there will be beautiful bricks, 3 stacked on top of each other, this goes all the way around the pond. Between the first brick and the second brick there will be a gap, this gap will let all the over flowing water come out from the sides and go into the garden. The pond will be square and be 6.2x6.7 meters. There will also be a water fall on the deep end of the pond, the middle of the water fall will be at the corner of the deep end, it will expand to the sides of the deep end, going towards the other two corners of the pond, but it wont go all the way, as you can tell the water fall will be quite large, about 6 meters long and in a < shape. On all parts of the water fall there will be water falling, there will be a stream carrying the water fall down and letting it into the pond from all the areas.

So that is all, thanks for the help in advance :)
