Can the real estate agent come over and inspect the property without notice? Australia?

Today i received a letter from them saying that my grass is too long and needs to be mowed otherwise i will be breaching the contract and will be evicted. I had an inspection about a month ago and on my inspection form they had left it just said that the grass had been done but was still a bit long. Nothing about a re inspection or anything. It just seems to me that they have come over without my being aware and inspected the gardens without any notice. Can they do this? Isn't that a breach in privacy? Do i have any rights in this matter? Im in South Australia btw
