that is not yours? Me and my friend live almost next door out in the country, he has a larger property, so I usually drive over some vacant land to get to his land (about 3/4mile). I know I can be charged with Trespassing, but can a officer take my Dirt Bike or ATV if caught on this land? If so what exactly happens to my property? Can I get it back or does it go to auction?
If a cop pulls me over, could I idle a bit till I reach his or my land so they couldn't take it then?
