so the new ipod came out a few days ago, i know it has hd video recording on it, but can it also take pictures? i have the 3rd generation ipod and i got it 3 months ago, now since the new 4g came out i want to return my old one. i got it at costco and the warranty is expired by 15 days past the expiration date. i dont think they will take it back, HOWEVER! the 3rd generation ipod i got 3 months ago freezes alot. if i explain that it has a defect to the warrenty support or customer support will they take it back and i get my money back? once i get my money back i can then use it to buy the new 4g. help?
