basically me and a "friend" are renting this appartment and well shes now refusing to pay her full agreed half of the rent because my bf has been staying over every night his name isnt on the lease so he doesnt have to pay rent. and when she had her bf staying there at the same time it was okay cuz they both stayed there every day and night yet she enver complianed about one of them paying the rent until she left him and now thats all she does. so since shes refusing to pay her full amount i wasnted to see if theres some way i could get her out of the appartment. cuz ive already gotten a couple to replace her and if she does leave because she refuses to then i will just move out with new ppl but since everything in the appartment is mine it jsut makes it a huge hasselto move all my stuff out if i could figure out how to keep it all there and jsut get her out.
