Can the lg rumor work for Verizon Wireless?

i've heard that it can, i think you have to either get the cdma flashing software and drivers and do it or pay someone to do it for you. i've seen vids on youtube where it's been done, same with cricket, boost, sprint, etc...it's worth looking into if nothing else. gl!

my old phone stopped working and i have verizon wireless. i have to find a new phone and on craigslist i found the lg rumor. could it work for verizon even though it says it works for sprint/metro?
