Can the iPhone4 upload pictures straight to Facebook like the BB Bold 9700?

I am either getting a new iPhone4 or BlackBerry Bold 9700, i just want to know if the IPhone4 can upload picture to Facebook as easily as the Bold 9700.

Your opinion and reasoning on what phone i should get would also be greatly appreciated.
