can the husband or wife fill out an affadavit for form I-751?

Me and my wife have been married for 2 years now. In 2013 she has to file a I-751 to try and have her CR1 removed. We were discussing this and she said me and her aunt can do the affadavit. I don't think I can since I am married to her. So which one is correct when it comes to me filing out the affadavit. She says I can, I say I can't. Need help please
