town house? We're in Northern California, and we live in a nice group of about 25 townhouses. There's only 1 renter, everyone else owns, and the grounds are well maintained. We bought the townhouse about 14 years ago.There is a common area about 30 feet by 30 feet right next to our townhouse. Since we all have the reversed floor plan, the master bedrooms are on the bottom floor. The proposed community garden would be 10 or 15 feet from our bedroom window. Not to mention traffic, fertilizers, chemicals, attracting animals, etc. My neighbor in the next townhouse also does not want the community garden. And darn it, there's another much larger community area where it could be put, next to one of the garden's proponents.
Can they legally do this? Can I fight it legally?
