My son is on probation, his p.o. isn't the nicest. It seems as if everything he was accused of she believes. She came to my home and stated that she found up he is a gang member; which is not true, that she checked his myspace an their are pics of him with a "flag" hanging out of his pocket, stated that there is a pic of him with some sort of design in his head. I viewed the myspace and the pics are definitely of a friend of his and i made her aware I cut his hair for 13 yrs (he is now 15) and I never would put designs in his head. She brushed it off. My question is....he had a court date on 4/24 I wasnt able to take him that day so i called the court to receive another date was told to bring him in that day (4/23). Now this was for a Violation of Probation. His judge was out sick and he saw another judge. He left court that day with an Order of Protection. His P.O comes to visit that Saturday and stated he had another crt date on that following Tuesday, now if the Violation was already handled was she able to "add" on another charge which was stated to happen earlier than that of the Violation? (the two are supposedly related).
