I have to go to court in a few days to determine child support for my son.
My son clearly loves his dad. when he finally comes to see him his face lights up and his smile is bigger then ever. he asks for him in the middle of the night,the morning,when hes sick.
but every time i try to take him to see his dad hes too busy for him and he will never take time to see him. its very rare that he does anything involving him. I have tried before to just put him in the past. i thought it would be better to keep them from each other seeing he only sees him once a month by choice but its hard to do that when my son is asking for him. what can i say?
i would like to know if the court can order him to get him every weekend or once a week. anything? Im never sure if i should keep him away or push for his dad to be there for him but it has to be one or the other. im not going to let him see him once a month and call it good. he is either going to be in his life all the time or not at all! but i would like for my son to beable to see his dad. it brakes my heart when he crys for him and i cant do a thing about it. please tell my the court can do something about this!!
