So i've been using the AcneFree kit for about 5-6 months now. I used to smoke pot and within those times,I would still breakout while being on the treatment. I've stopped smoking for about 1 week now and I've noticed that i haven't had a breakout ever since. However, the previous bumps that i had b4 I stopped smoking are still there and it seems as if they are not going anywhere.
I have heard of the treatment drying out your skin so i have reason to believe that its causing the old bumps to just pause from their growth. They don't seem to have any change for a while now.
I've also noticed that the red dots (scars), have become more visible.
Can the treatment which dries out my skin, cause my skin cells to somehow stop the process of healing my old bumps and cause my scars to be more visible?
