Can taking 4,800 mg of Fish Oil Capsules per day cause on-and-off headaches?

Can taking 4800 mg of Fish Oil Capsules daily cause on-and-off headaches throughout the day? I started taking 1,200 mg of Fish Oil Capsules four times per day, which total 4,800 mg per day. Within the last week I have been experiencing on and off headahces throughout the day, and sometimes feel light-headed...the feeling you get just before you get dizzy, but without actually feeling dizzy. Before I get really concerned, do you think there is any correlation between me taking these capsules and the head-sensations I have been experiencing? Perhaps I am ingesting too much Mercury?
P.S. I am taking daily Blood Pressure medication along with a diuretic
 
The blood pressure pills can definatly give you headaches. Or you could be allergic to fish oil.
