I dropped my phone on the floor last night and the screen stopped working. It is still under warrany so my dad called t-mobile. He failed to metion it was dropped. They are sending us a new phone now but I have to send this one back. There is no outside damage (cracks, scratches, marks) but I am not sure about the inside. If they take it apart, will they be able to tell it being dropped is the cause of it not working? I mean, phones get dropped all the time so will the be able to tell that one drop did the damage?
