I owe some money to Financial aid, i was receiving financial aid, but some problems happened and i dropped out, but ended up having to pay back some of the money i received. but, as a starving student already, and other personal problems arose, i cannot pay back at the moment. i want to switch to a trade/tech school. i know i cant get financial aid again, but i was thinking about getting student loans. will this effect student loans?
