Uh yes...after me and my hubby have sex just about every time...no actually every time literally it comes back out. And yes you can get pregnant if this happens...I'm proof.

Semen leaks out after sex. It's liquid, and gravity does its thing.

But there are millions of sperm already in your cervical mucus within a couple of seconds of his ejaculation, so anything that leaks out doesn't matter -- there are plenty still available to make the journey into your fallopian tubes.

You can have leakage. It only takes one sperm to get pregnant. Yes you could still get pregnant.
