I was asked to write a self assessment for my job. This is my
1st time writing a self assessment. Since my manager will
be looking at it, I need some advices on how to improve my
assessment (grammatically, too). Thank you!!!
Started with no experience in accounting, I have managed
to produce accurate report on a timely manner by keeping
track of deadlines and knowing what my daily and weekly
goals are. I have also become more familiarized
with finance and banking. All of this means that I am
adaptable and open to learning new things.
I have always maintained a positive mind-set and have been
able to meet all company standards for attendance and punctuality.
Wherever I am working, I try to help create and reinforce
a positive work environment.
My career goal is to utilize and expand my skill sets in finance
and accounting as well as continue to building upon them. Another
of my goals has been to consistently deliver excellent work on
the job. I have done this by ensuring I understood the objectives
and priority of each of the projects.
