Can someone who is in law school or went to law school please answer this question?

I am dying to know what exactly LSAC does to your undergrad GPA. I heard that they round everything to the closest whole number. I heard that they only count the last 100 credits you've taken. I am worried because at my university we don't have letter grades, just numbers. At my school you can get a 3.1, 3.2, etc. Will LSAC lower every grade I got from 3.1-3.4 to a 3.0? I am so confused.
