Can someone upload a Vista system file for me?

Oh what a witty one, assume more.
I got a legit free copy/download from MSDN alliance through my school. Vista is installed and works fine. The program my dorm uses to connect to the network/internet was working, but now I get a runtime error and it needs that file and gives an error... even though it's there. I tried to regsrv32 it but I think a program that was meant for XP probably copied over it or something... it's the same file size as the one on my XP comp.

Their support is terrible, and don't think they really have Vista support yet. And it's probably a program install I had that overwrote a needed file if you read my thread...
If someone could just upload the file for me it'd be a nice easy way to check at least before attempting to contact support.
