I was wondering since I just lost my iPhone 3GS yesterday, if the thief takes out the SIM card, is there any way to track him? If I had MobileMe, FamilyMap or some other tracking device on the phone would it work if the phone had no SIM inside? What if the phone was turned off? Is it possible to track it through the IMEI or GPS while it's off or without a SIM?
