Can someone tell me why my 1990 Ford Econoline van will not start?

It does not seem to be getting gas for some reason. It has fuel injection. I filled up last week and topped off the tank which I have been told in the past was not good to do. It's like it has a vapor lock or something. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do to fix this?
 
it don,t hurt a car to fill it up. i fill mine up sometimes if i have the money. it,s not vapor lock either. they fixed that when they went to fuel injection. if it don,t get any gas to the injectors then it could be any of 5 things. the pump, pump fuse, pump relay, fuel filter or the fuel pump regulator.
