Can someone tell me why in beta the text does not wrap and just goes on and on?

Before when you typed a letter it was kept within certain margins. Now, this new one is almost like an 81/2 x 14 page but sideways. You have to use the scroll on the bottom of the page to get the entire message instead of like this format for example. It keeps it within what I call normal margins. Am I missing something in setup? Is this the new format where the text does not fit in the viewing area? If it is, I'm going back to the old yahoo.
