I know where it's located, I just need to know which one is number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. I bought new plug wires for it and can't seem to put them in the right places. Now my car won't start. Please help.
your supposed to change those one at a time so you don't screw up..lol..the link below shows the fireing order for for your engine and the 2 others made for that year. left to right facing the engine it is 123456..1 left 2 right 3 left 4 right 5 left 6 right...look at the link below..electronic ignition v6
go back to the part store and buy a chiltions for your truck it will have a diagram of the wire pattern or look in your drivers manual it might be in there too.----- next time change one wire at a time
usually when sitting in the drivers seat 1 will be the front left cylinder with 2 being opposite of it. then just go down the line odd on the left even on the right (from sitting in the drivers seat)
