I'm 17 and i'm 5'11 and i weigh 158lbs. Can someone tell me what i need to do, to get into football shape. I haven't played it in 2 years. And i need to know what i need to do so i can get back on the field for my college team. I go to 24 hour fitness. I need to know how much cardio should i do? And what weights should i lift?
