I forgot the name of this meditation, but this is how you do it. You sit Indian style, completely relaxed, your hands on your knees.
You are suppose to exhale fast and hard, all the way into your stomach. Then let go of your stomach and inhale naturally. Then exhale fast and hard again into your stomach without stopping.
This is all done through your nose.
