Can someone tell me the difference between the honda accord LX and the EX..?

Im on a budget so im looking to get a 2000 Honda accord cuz its always has had a reputation of being a overall reliable, responsive car. But What is the difference between the lx and the ex? Both are 200hp if im right. Does both have leather interior? Also im looking to get stick shift (manual).. which would be better? thx in advance
 
Most options on LX come standard on EX.

The EX V6 comes standard with leather, the 4 cylinder does not.
The EX also comes with standard four wheel disk brakes.
 
Neither have leather. The models go ce,lx,ex. EX is the highest of the accords. They also come in ex-l's which have leather and a higher trim. LX and EX are both the same car expect for options. It just depends on if you want more luxury or not
