can someone tell me if i would be elligable to get an injunction out for this reason?

Hi I would like to know if I would be able to get a injunction against my childrens grandmother as she is trying to have visitation to my children and does not want me there, she has bipolar and is not taking her meds she also is suicidal and is a danger to herself let alone my children, this makes me feel uneasy as she knows where I live and is possible she could turn up on the doorstep and be a threat to me and the children, she also has a drug problem. Could you tell me what rights I have as a parent against her. She is my boyfriends (father to my 2 children) mother. Me and the father are living together not married though. Thanks
