I have a friend who is getting threatning harassing phone calls. The problem is she is spending a lot of money blocking all these calls. This person is going from phone to phone so its hard on the money right now. She can;t afford to get her number changed and it's costing her more to block everything. The police won't help, they told her to call 911 and they said for her to call nuicense hotline. (if I spelled it right). If anyone can please help us figure out what we can do. Thank you.
