lol.. My interpretation is going to be a bit unorthodox.
I consider that placement to be the "Tigger" placement...like on Winnie the Pooh...
Mercury in Leo is speaks and thinks in gregarious (think Tigger, bouncing up and down), all-inclusive ("we're all one big family"), and warm-hearted terms..talk like a big warm hug. Great optimism and lots of natural motivation for groups. That's the good part.
The bad part is that Merc in Leo can be a bit of a bore...they tend to take center stage and not want to give it up...which is kinda suckin' at business meetings. Some don't like to share credit, either, which stinks for the people you work with.
So be sure to share the love with the people who help out, and talk as big about them as you do about yourself and you've got some great fun with that placement.
