Can someone tell me about a good action replay for pokemon games and the website

where i can order it from? I want one where if a new game comes out i can just get all the codes by downloading it from my computer to the action replay/gameshark.................IT HAS TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH A NINTENDO DSI XL AND ALL POKEMON GAMES
