Can someone suggest clubs/lounges in the Los Angeles CA area...?

I'm looking for a club or lounge type where R&B, soul, rap, or reggae is being played and the crowd is majority ppl of color. Free would be nice, but am willing to pay $20 per person. When answering please include a good day to go!!! Thanks :)
