My boyfriend's birthday just so happens to fall the same weekend as July 4, when we will be spending some time in Rehoboth. I'd like to take him to a nice, upscale restaurant. We're from NYC -- so I'm not expecting it to be NYC quality (and no, I'm not a total snob), but I would definitely like something of good caliber when it comes to food and ambiance.
