Can someone recommend a Pain Medicine/Management Doctor in W.V/Md/D.C/Va/Penn area?

My brother was in a bad car accident in April in which he got badly injured, the worst was his pelvis was fractured in 10 or so different spots...he then came to stay with me in Aug after my fiance passed away. The issue is that he has been flying back down to Florida every month to see his pain management doctor...he is not supposed to be flying with his condition and it has cost me a ton of money getting him to and from Florida. He has been trying to find a doctor around the area that will prescribe the medicines(ms contin and dilaudid are the main 2 he needs) that he has been on for the past 8 months, he even asked his doctor and they told him they don't know of any around here...so, now as of yesterday he has ran out of his medications and is already in a tremendous amount of pain, along with the beginning stages of withdrawals. I would really like to find him a doctor to go to, I feel really guilty because he is up here in West Virginia with me...he did not want me to be alone after my fiance passed away. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated, as I have spent days looking on the internet. Thanks in advance!
