Today I was at work and all of a sudden I couldn't breath, my chest hurt and it just felt like no matter what I couldn't get enough air its weird but for a minute it felt like I couldve blacked out and everything was unreal, this has never happened to me before. it happened hours ago and I'm still having trouble breathing and getting sharp pains in my chest. I am on 200mg of sertreline (which is for depression and anxiety) I also smoke cigarettes. What could this be? I'm honestly scared to go to sleep!
Can someone please tell me what this is? dieseas? illness? craziness? help!?
