You need to center your whole profile.
To do that, go here

Hide your comments, friends, interests, display picture, and all the stuff that she's hidden. To hide all that, go here http://www.myspace-help.com/Myspace-Hide-Codes.php
If you want a big picture like that, go to photobucket.com or tinypic.com and upload a photo you like, get the html code and put it in your about me.
Make sure you center your text aswell, though the first code I gave you will probably make everything centered
