Can someone please help me re-setup my 7105t as a modem.

I have previously used my BB as a modem, but I need some help. Monday my Windows XP crashed so badly I had to format the drive. Now I can't access the internet. It keeps telling me that the device is in use and that I need to end that program first. The only programs that are useing it are the device manager and desktop manager. I have set it up the same way as instructed on the thread dealing with setting up the 7105t as a modem. Thanks in advance

What desktop OS are you using that matters alot now on how youll set it up if your using the last version of 4.1 or 4.2 its gonna be completely dif than all other versions of 4.1 or lower.. also do you have any other kind of internet running atm like highspeed? or a dial up modem?
