can someone please help me I know nothing about the law and can not afford an attorney?

Is it illigal for a felon to be paroled to another felon wheather they are related or not after the one felon signed a parole release contract stateing that he would not engage with other felons?
 
If you can't be around other felons, then you would not be able to released to that person. If you did, you would be put back in prison to finish out your sentence for violating your conditions of parole.
 
I think if they were husband and wife, or blood relatives there may be some provision. If not related, then probably not. There should be a legal aid services in your area that could advise you for cheap or free.

Hey, here's another reason for gay marriage .... Two convicted felons could use Gay marriage to work around the law, get each other out of prison and then go on a crime rampage together as husband and wife..... And please don't say it won't happen, cuz it will.
 
There sure are a lot of criminals on YA... I am going to play the 12 year old and say..

"I don't know."
