I have been getting a junk call every day for a month, several times a day, and it's about to drive me crazy. I have followed verizon's instructions many times over on their website (i have an online account) and every time I click on "my services" or "my plan" it brings me up to a blank screen that only says "Verizon wireless"
Please help before I throw both my computer and my phone out the window.
