I googled it, but these websites aren't specific enough. Here's what one website said: "Some of the foods that make you grow taller include milk, whey protein, cheese, yogurt, boiled chicken, etc.
· Height growth is based on your muscles as well as the bones. Now for boosting up the growth of your bones you should have diet that is rich in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.". What the hell is phosphorous, magnesium, calcium, and whey protein? I payed no attention in Chemistry or Bio, so I'm not very familiar with this stuff. I just want to know how many glasses of milk do I drink and when, what should I eat and not eat, and how much should I eat?
I turned 17 in September. I'm 5'6, Dad is about 5'10, Mom is about 5'3. If I grew at all in high school thus far, it was under an inch (I'm a senior now). I want a growth spurt bad.
