I'm trying to remember this computer game my brother used to play. I'm guessing it was made in the mid to late 90's, or very early 2000's. I only remember a few things but try to help me out. The case for the CD was like all black except for a blue ring thingy in the middle. The game was like a real time strategy but you also had an overview map and zoomed from world to world I think. There were several different races you could be, and when you went to view other race's worlds, a picture of the alien would appear in the corner. One was named like "ChitChit" or something and they we insect-like. Another race was some sort of elephant looking thing with a purple cape. You could also be human, and one of the units the humans could build was a suicide motorcycle bomber. These are all the details I can remember, does anyone know what computer game I'm talking about?
