I saw it years ago. it has a bit of 3D animation in it and its a sci-fi involving some time travel story about this girl and how she's the mother of this cybernetic hivemind thing called the Monster Brain. There's also an android that's controlled by a N64 controller. Only came in to watch it halfway so I never found out the name of it.
