can someone make a simple asp.net website that can send an email and let me download it?

I want to download a simple asp.net websites so that I can run it using my visual web developer 2008, I want to view the code and all the setting and all.

Something like that could easily take hours or days.

To answer your question- No.
No one would ever do that for you.

Instead, learn how to use the programming language you want to learn, which you can find at a bookstore or online.

There will also be many code examples online, as well as in the books.

Sorry if I wasted your time, but I guarantee this is the only path you'll get to take.
