Moving to Lincoln in September as a mature student (33yrs) with partner (same age) we want to find out the good and bad areas of Lincoln so we can make an informed choice when looking for a rental property. We'd also consider the surrounding villages if they're nice. Basically want to avoid any rough/rundown areas
