lol happened to me while I was drunk. Actually both of us were drunk. He beat me up and I ended up in the emergency room. He started the fight and got in my face. And I told him id kill him and his family "just that drunk talk" cause I don't really do things like that. Then I got my azz beat. I felt bad after that to but hey. He wanted to fight so of course after me saying that it gave him an excuse to. I normally don't say things like that and I certainly don't do things like that either. I was just wondering what the laws are on this. I'm letting it go because I probably deserved it. I was just wondering for the future what the laws are on this. Thanks.
