I dreamt that I met with a girl who I used to go to school with (9 years ago) at her flat in London. We were never very close. Whilst there I noticed a close friend of mine who I was not expecting to see on this occasion (apparently in my dream) lived above the flat where my friend lived. I find London a very threatening place anyway and to make matters worse I met my friend on the street outside their flats at night (so it was very dark)
The streets were dimly lit with orange street lights and my school friend offered me a cigarette and a joint. I don't smoke at all so even though I accepted them I told them I wouldn't smoke them. We then encountered 3 young men who were very well build and wearing puffa type jackets and baseball caps.
My friends continued walking in the same direction we were walking with 2 of the guys and one of the men had a firm grip on my arm and started to force me to walk in the opposite direction away from my friends. It seemed like it was a perfectly acceptable and "normal" way to initiate sex because I called out to my school friend and she seemed unconcerned asking "What's the problem? What's wrong? This is what we do." This man took me into a dark alleyway between 2 shops (He never uttered a word to me throughout the whole dream)
I managed to get away and ran through the streets and entered into a kind of park. I met 2 other young women there also who were hiding in the bushes from something. I said to them "Tonight let's stick together and if anyone starts to take one of us away or hurt us then the other 2 will step in. We need to help each other"
(I am not the type of individual who has sex with anyone and that kind of intimacy for me only comes within the confines of a loving relationship. The man in the dream seemed to be totally oblivious to my resistance and fear and did not say a word to me the whole time. What does this mean?)
I didn't go with 3 complete strangers, they approached us in the street, my friends seemed quite happy to go with the other 2, like this was "normal" behaviour. It was like I was in an alternative world. I was uneasy throughout the whole of the dream.
