my son's dad has partial custody of him. he's looking into joining the military. the air force won't take him because he's unmarried and has partial custody, the marines said they would if i signed off on it, and he is saying the army will take him and he just has to give his custody to someone here. i think that's ridiculous.... that can't be true right? he can't just give his custody rights to someone without my consent can he?? he's MY son, i have primary custody, and he wants to give rights to his mom. i hate the woman. when i was 18 and my ex was 17 she called the cops because i was "raping" him... she's nuts. she does that stuff all the time. i don't want that woman having custody of him. i'm gonna call my lawyer and everything but i won't hear back from her for a few days, can someone give me some insight in the meantime?
